Dale White - President
Sr. Vice-President of Tricon Security
Terry Shoenberger - Secretary/Treasurer
After 35 years in the retail industry and being president of 3 different retail store chains, Mr. Shoenberger retired. He quickly found that retirement was not for him, so he and his oldest son formed an LLC and purchased a master franchise from a young but developing security patrol franchise.
With responsibility from Michigan to Florida Mr. Shoenberger quickly developed over 35 franchises. Most of which are growing and thriving businesses today.
In 2012, the Franchise Group offered to buy back the master franchise form Mr. Shoenberger and his son. A deal was finally consummated and shortly after the sale Mr. Shoenberger bought franchises in South Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, and Michigan.
These franchises have grown since their purchase and in 2018 were merged with NAIASS.
From this merger Broadmoor Global Security was formed. BGS is a multi-million-dollar security company specializing in vehicle patrols, dedicated officers, and special events.
Mr Shoenberger holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and is an equity partner in the new business.
